1.Main Machine

2.Hydraulic System

It is composed of hydraulic pump, oil delivery valve, return valve, oil tank, oil filter and oil pipe.

The hydraulic pump is an axial five plunger super high pressure pump, driven by an electric motor directly. The delivery valve is provided with a safety valve, and the overload is over flowing, and the utility model has the safety function. Operate the oil supply valve handwheel to adjust the oil intake of the cylinder so as to achieve the required loading rate. Turn on the return valve and return all the oil from the cylinder and the oil pump back into the tank.

 

3.Force Measuring Unit

4.Electrical System

1. Before use, should check the tank is sufficient oil, can look at the right side of the oil standard, such as insufficient, it should open the rear box board to add to the tank, to the liquid level at the oil mark is appropriate.

2.Check the oil filling joints and fasteners are loose, if loose, then tighten it. Check that the dust cover should be intact. Check the electrical grounding, fuse and other safety measures are effective.

3.For the first time, should the oil return valve to open and close the oil valve, switch on the power, press the start button, the pump starts to work, and then close the valve open to sending oil valve, the piston rises at a distance, there is no failure. If there is, it should be unloaded, stop inspection, and ruled out. Turn on the return valve, and the piston drops to its original position.

4. Clean the surface of the test piece and check for any obvious defects. If you can affect the test value, you must replace the nondestructive test piece.

Concrete Compression Tester Maintenance

1.The testing machine should be kept clean and tidy inside and outside, to prevent corrosion of each department.

2. Always check whether the oil is clean or not. In general, at least once a week from the drain release tank precipitation oil once, depending on the amount of oil pollution, until the release of oil without dirt so far. The regular user should remove, check and clean the oil filter once a month. If the dirt is blocked seriously or damaged, the oil filter must be replaced.

3. Frequent use, every six months need oil change. At the same time, thoroughly clean the fuel tank, oil filter and oil filter net with kerosene. And repeated several times until the wash, use the towel to wipe the bottom, then poured into cleaning oil. If the oil is found to be cloudy and cannot be reused, it should be replaced immediately.

4. Hydraulic oil specifications, depending on the test room temperature varies, it is recommended as follows:

When the room temperature is lower than 20 degrees, the use of GB7631.1-87 anti-wear hydraulic oil L-HM46 (its viscosity equivalent to the old brand No. 30)
