How To Operate Servo Control Universal Testing Machine

  1. Connect the power cord, press the “power” button, and the indicator light is on.
  2. According to the sample, select the measuring range, hang or remove the thallium on the swing bar, and adjust the buffer valve handle.
  3. According to the sample shape and size, the corresponding jaw into the upper and lower jaw seat.
  4. Roll the record paper on the barrel of the tracer. This item only takes time.
  5. Start the pump, unscrew the delivery valve, so that the test table up about 10 mm, and then turn off the delivery valve, if the test table is already in the rising position, you do not have to start the oil pump, only the delivery valve can be closed.
  6. One end of the specimen is clamped in the upper jaw, for example, the balance thallium should be adjusted when the sample is heavy.
  7. Start the pump, adjust the pointer, alignment, zero.
  8. Start the motor, lift the lower jaw to the proper height, and clip the other end of the sample in the lower jaw.
  9. Put down the pen of the push rod into the drawing preparation state (when necessary, and match the drawing proportion).
  10. According to the required loading speed, slowly unscrew the delivery valve for loading test.
  11. When the sample is broken, turn off the delivery valve and stop the oil pump.
  12. Pick up the drawing pen of the recording value.
  13. Turn on the return valve and release the driven needle back to zero after unloading.
  14. Take off the sample after fracture.
  15. Compression and bending tests can be carried out according to the above.

How To Test Concrete?

  1. After the specimen is taken out from the maintenance site, the test shall be carried out in time, and the surface of the test piece and the upper and lower pressure bearing surfaces shall be wiped clean.
  2. Place the test piece on the lower platen or shim plate of the testing machine. The bearing surface of the specimen shall be perpendicular to the top surface of the forming. The specimen should be the center and testing machine under the plate center alignment, start the test machine when the plate and specimen or steel plate close, adjust the tee, make contact balance.
